Illustrated postcard circulated from Vila Nova de Foz Coa (09.06.20) to Viseu, with a 2c ceres-type stamp, orange, plain paper, 12×11 ½ notch, MF223d, insufficient to pay the postage of an illustrated postcard (3c), according to the postage table of Decree 5856 of 05.06.19, was postmarked with double the missing postage with a 2c stamp, lilac-red, porcelain paper, 11 ¾ notch, MF POR23.
