Isolated copy in a registered circulated envelope from Lisbon (30.11.15) to New York (15.12.15) via SUD-EXPRESS via Bordeaux, to pay the first postage (5c) of a letter to a foreign country weighing up to 15g and the registration premium (5c) in accordance with the postage table of the Decree of 31.12.1904 in force from 01.03.05, with adjustments to the new currency. Censored by the French military authorities in Bordeaux with a red stamp and band. MB and R.
