São Tomé and Príncipe, 1913 – D. Luís I. Straight strip. 1902 surcharged stamps, with locally engraved zinc “REPUBLICA” overprint. MF#155, 115 s/ 200 réis, orange, porcelain paper, perforation 13 ½, type I. New copy, ungummed like many of those issued, without defects or repairs, with good colour and relief. Expert certificate by J. Miranda da Mota. Catalogue value € 410 .
