São Tomé and Príncipe, 1919 – D. Carlos I, Mouchon type, with “REPUBLICA” overprint from the Mint and surcharge, typeset locally. MF#230, 2.5 cs/ 2 ½ reis, grey, slightly dotted paper, 11 ¾ notch. New stamp, without gum and with hinge, without defects or repairs, in good colour, with DOUBLE OVERPRINT and OFFSET downwards. Not catalogued.
