Postcard (entire) from the post office, printed, with 25c. postage, sent from Viana do Castelo, with a sample sewn on the back, contrary to § 5°. of e.6°. of the 1902 Postal Regulations, and therefore should be franked
as a letter (40c. equal to the national postage), and was marked T«rateD. Sent (10.8.1924) by the Ambulancia (postal) Minho I railway and addressed to Goyan (Spain).
