India Fiscals 1951 “Auto de Posse” (auto possession) page 152 from Goan Government records. Manuscript cancels and each stamp dated by hand. Franked with IS 251 x 10, IS 252, IS253 x 11, IS 255 x 3, IS 259 x 4, IS 260 x 12 and IS 261 x 4 on the front. IS 251, IS 253 and IS 261 on the back. 48 stamps in total! Scuffs on front. Exceptional.
