Congo * 1914 – D. Carlos I, Mouchon type, with PROVISORIO overprint and new “REPUBLICA” overprint, typeset locally. MF#116, 75 reis carmine, perforation 11 ¾. New stamp, without gum as in the vast majority of those issued, without defects or repairs, with GREEN overprint. Variety considered clandestine.
