Copy of the national service used in the international service and circulated from Lisbon (22.11.10) to Ghent / Belgium (25.11.10), with additional stamps of the D. Manuel II type with “REPUBLICA” overprint of 2 ½ réis (horizontal pair) and 10 réis (horizontal pair), totaling 50 réis to pay the simple postage of a whole envelope abroad (50 réis) weighing up to 20g.
