Envelope circulated by air from Lisbon (17.08.49) to Los Angeles / USA, with an additional stamp of $30 Caravela type, MF621, to pay the simple postage of ordinary mail (2$00) of a letter to the USA weighing up to 20g and the first postage of the air surcharge to the USA of a letter weighing up to 5g, according to the postage table of Circular 4806 of 23.06.48 (air surcharge) and the table published in the Government Gazette, 1st series of 06.11.48 (ordinary mail).
