Military Mail. Portuguese India. Letter registered in Nova Goa, exempt from postage, sent by a prisoner of war interned in Bicholim. Inscription of the officer of Camp A. Andreia, captain. “Exempt from postage as it is from a German subject interned in Bicholim for reasons of war”. It was opened by the British censor in Bombay and arrived in Bern on 21 June 1916.
