Printed postal ticket (entire), with a rate of 10 reis (withdrawn from circulation on 31.3.1913) sent (23.12.1913) from Monção to V’. N. de Cerveira (24.12) and from there to Viana do Castelo (25.12.) National postage 1 centavo, with a “tax” T being applied at double the amount due T 2 cent, paid by the recipient, without a stamp, probably due to lack thereof.
