Portugal * 1923 – Ceres. MF253, 15c, black, smooth/dotted paper, 12×11 ½ notch. Copy in a postcard circulated in Lisbon (22.08.30), insufficient to pay the internal postage of a postcard (25 c) according to the postage table of Decree 9424 of 13.02.24, was stamped with double the missing postage with a 20c stamp, green, Regular Issue type * Unicolor, MF POR34.
