São Tomé and Príncipe 1913 D. Carlos with local overprint REPUBLIC. 2 stamps Mf#121 and Mf#140, 2.5 grey and 25 reis carmine with ERROR of the INVERTED overprints. New stamps without gum, without defects or repairs, with good color. The 25 reis stamp is accompanied by a certificate from J. Miranda da Mota.
