São Tomé and Príncipe 1919 D. Carlos with Republic overprint and surcharge. Stamp Mf#230a, 2.5 c. s/2.5 reis light grey, light dotted paper, serrated 11 3/4 VARIETY “C” obtained with open “O” AND WITH INVERTED SURCHARGE ERROR, in addition to incomplete printing of the “E” in the legend. New stamp, with original gum and without hinge, with oxide spot, without repairs, with good colour.
