Timor – Postal Tax – 1919, Ceres (w/ Sbc. Local War Tax) – Vertical block, lower edge of sheet of 25 stamps, 2 s/ ½a sepia, Mf IP-1 (#25), defective printing on 10 stamps with ink stains from the original sepia printing on the 3rd, 7th, 8th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 17th, 18th, 22nd and 23rd stamps (VC €375++, as normal stamps). Gum with the usual defects or mirrored caused by tracing paper. Scarce. B.
