Portugal * 1917/20 – Ceres. New colors and values. MF221, 1c, brown, vertical dotted paper, 15×14 notch. Printed copy circulated from Covilhã (07/24/22) to Sintra, to pay the simple internal postage of a printed matter weighing up to 50g, according to the postage table in Decree 5856 of 06/05/19. However, it should have been postage-paid because the postage table in Decree 7.220 was already in force since 01/01/21, in which the simple postage of a printed matter would be 3c.
