Salisbury departure, October 1st, 1893, franked with 4d for the route to the border. From the border to Beira, 25 reis had to be paid (manuscript in upper right). The 25 reis stamp of Cª de Moçambique, was applied in Umtali, cancelled in Massequessi on October 7th, and the cover arrived in Beira on October 20th.
